Send us your formalin-fixed tissue and HistoSpatia will provide FFPE block slides, and H&E staining of the slides. Both preclinical and clinical tissue samples will be processed, stained, and tissue images will be provided.

We specialize in immunostaining protein post-translational modifications, especially phosphorylation of specific moieties- S/T/Y.

IHC-based biomarker discovery and development includes antibody screening and determination of the expression profile of a specific antibody. Early stage discovery includes FFPE slide immunostaining of cell lines, mice xenograft, and human tissue. Once validated, the IHC assay will be used to determine the clinical utility of the biomarker in pathologic progression of the specific disease. Quantitative analysis of immunostained tissues will be followed by statistical validation of the biomarker.

HistoSpatia provides digital pathology services to quantitatively analyze immunostained slides. We have digital pathology tools to provide:
